Proof of postage is obtained for every item posted. 

Returns: 

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not entirely pleased you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery and return the item for a full refund. 

 

This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification. 

 

Should you cancel the contract I will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. 

 

It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within the cancellation period by email or letter. 

 

The goods must be returned in good condition, unused and undamaged at your expense. I cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost in transit. If returning items to me please retain proof of posting.
